Required Criteria

Minimum of 2 years experience Managing or Assisting in an Irish Bar / Restaurant

Must be English Speaking and Living in the area

Proven experience as a hospitality leader

Strong leadership and people management skills

Passion for food, service, and guest experience

Commercial mindset with strong operational knowledge

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
