Full job description

We are seeking a Commis Chef with previous cooking experience to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
  • Assist senior chefs during service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Support stock control and kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
