Main Duties

To assist with the supervision and service of food and drink service for Conference & Banqueting.

To assist with food service in the Restaurant & Bistro when required.

To assist when on duty with the set-up and arrangements for meetings, conferences & weddings, ensuring that all the arrangements set-out by Management are adhered to.

On Occasion when on banqueting duty, you will be expected to oversee functions until finish, ensuring that all Bar Tills are cleared & cash counted in accordance with the procedure set out by Newpark Hotel.

In general, carrying out your duties, you will be expected to ensure that Staff, while on duty, are fully occupied and delegate tasks as necessary.

Using the Flynn Hotel’s PRIDE values, implement the standards of service required and excellent customer service.

To assist in implementing measures to maximize all potential sales/opportunities.

To promote good staff relations and ensure fairness and consistency in all dealing with management and staff, and to adhere to all human resources procedures.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role

Ability to Multitask in a busy environment.
